How we verify providers
Verification is why Vauban Guard exists. Here is exactly what is checked, when and how.
Director identity
A valid ID document is required for the director or account holder. The name is matched against official company records.
Company existence and activity
The SIREN number, administrative status and declared activity are checked. A struck-off or dormant company cannot receive requests.
Professional licence, approval and operating authorisation
Professional licence, director approval and operating authorisation numbers are verified along with their validity dates. Close protection requires a specific authorisation.
Insurance and URSSAF
A professional liability insurance certificate and an URSSAF compliance certificate less than six months old are required.
Expiry tracking
Each document is stored with its expiry date. The provider is notified in advance. Without an update at expiry, the profile is suspended until resolved.
Right to request a review
A provider whose file is refused or suspended may request a review by a member of our team by writing to contact@vaubandigital.com. A reasoned decision is sent back.
