How our reviews work
Useful reviews require clear rules. These apply to everyone, whatever the subscription.
Only completed missions can be rated
A review can only be posted after a mission agreed through the platform and declared completed by both parties.
Two-way ratings
The client rates the provider and the provider rates the client. Both reviews are published at the same time to avoid influence.
One right of reply
The professional has a single right of reply, published under the review.
Ordered by date
Reviews are shown from newest to oldest. Ordering never depends on the provider's subscription.
Moderation and rejection reasons
Each review is read before publication. It may be rejected if it contains abusive or discriminatory content, personal data, is unrelated to the mission or arises from a conflict of interest. The author is told why.
Retention period
Reviews are kept and displayed for three years from publication, then deleted.
