2. Purpose

Vauban Guard organises consultation between clients and verified private security professionals: request, offers, choice. The platform sells no security services.

3. Intermediary role

The service contract is concluded directly between client and provider. SAS Vauban Digital is not a party to it and does not guarantee its performance.

4. Client obligations

Clients provide accurate information and make no unlawful requests. The platform is not an emergency service: if you are in danger, call 17 or 112.

5. Professional obligations

Professionals hold and keep up to date the authorisations required by law and submit genuine documents. Any fraud leads to account closure.

6. Reviews

Reviews follow the rules published on the dedicated page. Their ordering never depends on subscription.

7. Subscriptions

Professional subscriptions are billed monthly, excluding VAT, with no minimum term. No commission is taken on contracts.

8. Liability

SAS Vauban Digital uses reasonable verification means but cannot guarantee the absence of any error. It is not liable for the performance of services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge before any legal action.
