Who signs the contract?

The contract is signed directly between the client and the chosen provider. Vauban Guard is not a party to it.
How much does it cost for a client?

Nothing. Submitting a request and reviewing offers are free for clients.
How are providers verified?

Each provider submits regulatory documents: director identity, company existence, professional licence, operating authorisation, insurance and URSSAF certificate. Expiry dates are tracked continuously.
How many offers will I receive?

It depends on your area and needs. Offers are presented in the same format to make comparison easy.
Can I submit a request in another language?

Yes. The platform is available in French, English and Spanish, and you can state the languages you want officers to speak.
Why is close protection a separate lot?

This activity requires a specific authorisation. Handling it separately ensures only qualified providers reply.
Can reviews be bought?

No. Only completed missions can be rated, and ordering never depends on a provider's subscription.
